The Nudura® XR35 block measures 8′ long by 18″ high. The polypropylene webs are located 8″ on centre along the block.
There are steel pins located near the top and bottom of each web, allowing the block to fold flat on itself.
Foam thickness is 4″ on each side, making the overall block width as follows:
The interlock design means there is no top or bottom, left or right direction.
The top of each web is designed to accept different rebar sizes from 10M to 20M. The rebar tabs are flexible so as to accept the different sizes – once the rebar is in position, it will not move when concrete is placed.
Only the 8″ wall thickness is available at this time.
